I. General Provisions.

  2. These Terms and Conditions of Service define the rules of operation and use of the DRYFLANDIA.APP Web Application and the scope of rights and obligations of Users, the Administrator, and the Owner.

  3. The DRYFLANDIA.APP Web Application is also referred to in these Terms and Conditions of Service as "our application" or "Dryflandia.app" or "Web Application."

  4. A "User" is any individual using our application.

  6. By using our application, the User declares that they have read these Terms and Conditions of Service and agrees to its provisions.

All content and information containing features of guidance or advice published on our application are only a general collection of information and are not directed to individual Users. The Owner is not responsible for their use by the User.



II. Terms of Use of the Dryflandia.app Web Application

  1. The User is obliged to familiarize themselves with the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. Using our application implies their full acceptance by the User.

  2. The Dryflandia.app Web Application includes a free and a paid version.

III. User Registration and Data

  1. The User can use the free version of our application without registration (sign-up function).

  2. To use the paid version of our application, User registration is required using the "sign-up" function and creating a user account.

  3. After purchasing a subscription, the User uses Dryflandia.app by logging into the user account (login function) created during registration.

  4. The User agrees to keep their password confidential and will be responsible for all use of their account and password.

  5. The Administrator reserves the right to remove, reclaim, or change a user name chosen by the User if they deem such username inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

  6. Although we perform routine data backups regularly, the User is solely responsible for all data they upload or that relates to any activities undertaken while using our application.

  7. The User agrees that we will not be liable to them for any loss or damage to such data, and hereby waives any rights to take action against us arising from such loss or damage.

  8. In order to properly provide services, our application uses and stores certain anonymous information about the User in cookies. Information about our use of cookies is contained in the Cookie Policy.

IV. Product/Service Availability

  1. All our products are subject to availability.

  2. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any products at any time and for any reason.

  3. Prices for all products are subject to change at any time, without notice.

V. Purchases and Payments

  1. The current net price of the subscription is listed in the application. The price does not include VAT.

  2. VAT will be added to the net price, according to the local law of the country where the purchase is made.

  3. We accept the following payment methods:

  1. As a User, you agree to provide current purchase information and to promptly update this information, including your email address, payment method, payment card number, and expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.  

  2. All payments will be made in British Pounds.

VI. Subscriptions – Billing, Renewal, Cancellation

  1. Your subscription, i.e., the fee for the paid version, will automatically renew according to your purchase, unless cancelled.

  2. As a User, you agree to have your payment method charged periodically without requiring your prior consent for each recurring charge, until you cancel your subscription.

  3. The length of the billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription plan selected at the time of purchase.

  4. We may from time to time make changes to the subscription fee.

  5. We will notify you of any price changes using the email address you provided during registration.

  7. Subscription cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid period.

  1. Device capable of displaying websites.

  2. Internet connection.

  3. Web browser that displays websites in accordance with the standards and provisions of the W3C Consortium and supports websites provided in HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.  

  4. It is recommended to use CHROME, EDGE, and Android optionally Opera and Firefox browsers

  5. JavaScript and CSS support enabled.

  6. Cookies enabled.

  7. When using mobile devices, a minimum of 2GB of RAM and a dual-core processor is required.

IX. Security and Protection Principles

  1. To ensure security, the User must adhere to generally accepted online security principles.

  2. The following actions, performed personally by the User or using software, are prohibited:

  1. In the event of detecting the occurrence or potential occurrence of a Cybersecurity incident or a GDPR breach, the User should first report this fact to the Administrator in order to quickly eliminate the threat and protect the interests of all Users, using the email addresses provided above, e.g., info@dryflandia.app.

X. Communication Terms in Our Application

  1. Visiting our application, sending us emails, and filling out available online forms constitute electronic communication.

  2. The User consents to receive electronic communication and agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided via email satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

  3. Our application provides a Contact Form, enabling the User to communicate with the Administrator.

  4. In the event of User contact with the Administrator, the User's personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms of Service.

XI. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the relationships between the Parties to these Terms of Service shall be resolved by a single arbitrator, who shall be selected in accordance with the Arbitration and Internal Rules of the European Court of Arbitration, which is part of the European Arbitration Centre with its seat in Strasbourg, which are in force at the time of the filing of the request for arbitration, and the acceptance of which this clause constitutes an acceptance. The seat of arbitration shall be Reading, United Kingdom. The language of the proceedings shall be English. The applicable substantive law shall be the law of the United Kingdom.  

XII. Copyrights

  1. The owner of the DRYFLANDIA.APP Web Application and the copyrights to its content and trademarks is the Application Owner, Mr. Dariusz Sławski.

  2. Without the written consent of the Owner, it is prohibited to distribute the content of Dryflandia.app in any form.

  3. It is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form, or store in retrieval systems any texts, descriptions, photos, and any other content, graphic, video, or audio materials found in our application without the written consent of the Owner.

XIII. Changes to the Terms

  1. All provisions of these Terms of Service may be unilaterally changed by the Owner at any time, without giving reasons.

  2. Information about changes to the Terms of Service will be posted on the current subpage and sent to the registered User's email address.

  3. It is considered that any User who continues to use Dryflandia.app after the change of the Terms of Service accepts these Terms in full.

XIV. Final Provisions

  1. The Owner will make every effort to ensure that access to our application is offered continuously. However, they do not bear any responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorized interference by Users, third parties, or the activity of external automated programs.

  2. Without prior notification to Users, the Owner reserves the following rights:

      A. The right to change the content of our application at any time.

      B. The right to temporarily, completely, or partially disable our application for the purpose of improvement or maintenance.

      C. The right to permanently disable our application, taking into account obligations to customers.

      D. The right to make a partial or complete assignment of all their rights and obligations related to Dryflandia.app, without the consent and possibility of expressing any objections by Users.
